@sympatheticApricot1518 Truly. And sometimes we miss out on it because we're too focused on a certain form. What a great thing to learn. :)

@GlenM

I've been going through the Managing Emotions self help guide and I've been learning to not judge my actions so harshly, and to take more of a neutral middle approach.

I have learned that I can't change what happened but I can move forward and become more positive and not be so angry with everyone

July 20th, 2016

@peachPal1897

I'm glad that you are coming to the realization and lesson that you cannot change what happened in the past, but now know you can move forward, and become more positive and not so angry with others. Congrats!

I've learn that most of my problems, are only on my mind and many of them I can't let them go and that is what causes my depression and anxiety

July 20th, 2016

@littleDime9008

I'm glad that you are learning lessons of self-realization, and lessons about yourself and your problems. I think better self-awareness and self-introspection will help you to improve in the future with whatever you'd like to do.
