Letting go can be hard, but it's the right thing to do if you love someone and they want to be free.

The path is hard and every step is even harder but you gotta have in mind that best things dont come easy and if you want to be okay, if you want to really be Fine you will have to give the very best of you every day to achieve it.

And i promise it will be worth.

I learned to recenter on my self, that complex self I should permanently build, but I'm constantly undermining.

Like my Qi Gong gurus taught me to do everyday -- so why do I worry now that I have to do it a few times in my life?

@imhatap It's great that you found away to connect to your center. Would it be hard to do it a couple of times? It may be a good practice for you. 😊

@Oyster, thank you; I wish I can make it a practice; I'm struggling to find my way towards that.

@imhatap It's okay to struggle. It's always hard to start, to build something from scratch, but you can do it brick by brick. Just be patient and don't hesitate to seek support when you need it. :)

Perception is absolutely everything. I can choose to see my life with voids left by people who are no longer in my life or I can see my life like a balloon - flexible enough to adapt to changes in circumstances with people coming and going. My life is already filled with love and happiness and can expand to accommodate people who I choose, but it can also be full again even when people I cared for and loved leave. I can and will always care for and love him but I don't have to feel like I'm missing anything without him.

@katharinekiyomi

I think that this is a beautiful lesson to have learned. Perception really is a keystone in improving one's state of emotional well-being. It's tied to being positive, and seeing the positives in one's life. "Glass is either full or empty" sort of a thing. I'm so glad you're engaging in this attitude of self-adaptation as well. With this kind of a mindset, I think that you will cultivate around you a circle of healthy, positive relationships on which to rely. Congrats on your insights learned.

I am me. I accept myself unconditionally. The good and the bad. As long as I try to be a better person today than I was yesterday, results start happening. Never give up. We have bad days, not bad lives. Think positively! !

Amazing sentiments here. I'm glad you're embarking on learning lessons of self-acceptance, and learning to trust yourself. I'm so glad you are on this particular journey of self-improvement. You are right -- we have bad days, not lives! Positivity is key! Wishing you the best.
