What have I learned - that I really value it when people treat me well and need to make sure I reflect this in how I treat others.

@Amanda1005

That's so true! Of course, we wanted to be treated well and fairly but it can be even harder to treat others that way if we are not being treated well. You are on the right path! Keep up the great work! :)

I have learned that I will probably always deal with anxiety and depression, so I need to accept it and find coping strategies, and be open with my feelings

Everything happens for a reason - not a mystical abstract one, but solely so that I can experience the immense variety of emotions possible and explore my capabilities for feeling and understanding emotions, whether they're positive or negative and how to celebrate both.

@katharinekiyomi I'm glad your seeing things in this way, as what you said can be very true!

I learned that challenges are good for me - that I am energised and full of positive feelings toward myself why I accept and accomplish challenges.

@Mittylops

Challenges can definitely be a good way for us to see how strong we really are and assess where we are at. Great job on making that stride. Keep up the great work :)

I've come to a basic understanding of how important it is to learn to be alone, and how that should be a basis for relationships in life.

@TheAmazingOopah

This can be a hard lesson to learn! I know it was for me, but you are absolutely right. Spending time alone, and knowing that you can be alone makes a relationship that much sweeter. You know that you are in it because you know you want to be there not because you just don't want to be alone. Keep up the great work :)

Level 50

I learned to try to understand that others are going through their own things in life and to take what they say with a grain of salt when they're mad.

@ToasterExpress

This can be a really revealing and eye-opening revelation. But you are correct...people will say things they don't always mean when they are upset or sad. It's important to remember that and not let it get the best of you. Thank you for sharing and keep up the great work!
