I think I am really getting on with life and not letting the small things get to me.
@mortax10
Sweating the small things (as I call it) is something that I still struggle with as well. It takes time, but awesome job for realizing that and working towards that goal. I am sure that it will greatly improve your life :)
Starting to feel marginally better about the break-up. Haven't cried in a week!
@PorcupineQuills
I am so happy to hear that! Breakups can be so difficult, and sometimes there isn't much more you can do than give it time; and time will heal! I am so glad that you are starting to feel better.
I learned that there's always a way out no matter what happens.
@amicableSea3063
Great job on this step in your journey! Keep up the great work and always be looking for the open doors and opportunities!
I'm learning not to be a doormat. I will not just accept it is OK. I am capable of being strong when pushed.
@Agreeablehuman
This is something that a lot of people struggle with. Good for you for standing up for yourself :) You deserve it!
@GlenM im not ugly...
@Gloriathewolf
I'm glad that you are on the path to self-love. Continue :) You got this!
Didn't I just post to this thread? I would think I'd have made more identifiable progress by now but alas progress and growth can be hard to notice while in the thick of things. I have learned this week a little about the way my relationship with myself is not very functioning/healthy. Not yet sure what to do about it, but I guess that will come too.
@eNice
I love your thought process here because it is so real, honest, and truthful! I would take a risk and say that there are probably many people who feel this way as well. You are right that many times it is hard to see the progress when you are in the middle of it. Sounds like you are on your way to some amazing progress within yourself and I am excited to see your next post about what you have learned. :D
I've learned it's okay to say "I don't know"
@Sopranobear1022
This can be a really difficult thing for people! But you are completely correct, saying "I don't know" is okay! We aren't expected to know everything and be perfect. Life is a constant learning process!
i learned to appreciate the people in my life and to anchor myself to this moment :)
@kindofsortofmaybe
That so great! I am sure they will appreciate that, and you as well! :D
No matter what the ppl say, it's important believe in myself and think I'm beautiful.
@limeCherry4496
That is such a beautiful statement. You know you better than anyone, believe in that and you will go far!
I can have a good time despite my problems
