I have to work out what is important with urgent, not urgent, and what is not important and to avoid the not important things

@GlenM

I am learning that this thing is bigger than I thought it was....that there are no easy answers. I am learning to accept that I struggle, even if I hate that truth. I am also feeling that I need to advocate for myself on the medical side of this, as well. Acceptance and advocating.

@reliableMango6077 Acceptance leads to end of it. And that is what matters

@GlenM That purposely showing myself compassion is difficult, but that showing others compassion helps build the mental pattern that will eventually allow for self-compassion.

Everytime I have confusion and doubt as to what I should do in situations, the answer is always there. I get confused because I look from other people's perspective on what I should or shouldn't do. What I really need to be doing is examining my values, and the kind of person I want to be. I need to be thinking about what I would want someone to do if the roles were reversed and act accordingly. I need to stay true to myself and that way, I won't regret any decisions, second guess myself, or be someone I'm not.

@katharinekiyomi indeed that is a great lesson and you learnt something that will help you throughout!
