I am not sure about the milestones. But the feedbacks that I get from anonymous people I have been talking with is what I do this for, for it is purely just a sign on what a faceless nameless person can have impact on others. A small power that lies with all of us and has the power to change the whole world. 😊

@TheIntrovertedMonk And you are doing an amazing job by changing the world "for the better and removing the worse of the things in life" Great job!

what learned in my next steps after 30cups is to take time for myself to relax and meditate from time to time.☺

August 10th, 2016

@HellanArvark223

Taking time to relax, and regroup, what a wonderful lesson to have learned! Sometimes, amidst all of one's hard work and efforts, it helps to just rest and rejuvenate oneself, engaging in self-care activities and also leisure ones as well. Congrats!

Knowing that obstacles and setbacks, as well as difficult times should not act as a deterrant to the bright future which you hold in front of you, great lesson to have learned! Wishing you all the best.

Step 1510! - it's important to pay attention to the little things, because they accumulate and help you travel far.

So true! Your anxiety does not define you! You are your own person with thoughts, feelings, ideas, and hobbies. Don't forget that :)
