I've learnt to accept that some people I meet on my journey will be rude and unsympathetic. It's okay though, they don't have the priviledge of judging and/or devaluating my worth. I won't let people walk all over me again.

@LuminescentPink

That is totally right! Other people do not determine your self-worth, you have control over that. Amazing!

Totally! It takes a lot of tiny steps to reach the big ones but we need to be able to be proud of ourselves...even for the little ones :) So Great job!!

7 Cups taught me that I deserve to be loved, that I can't say "I'm ok" every single day if I'm not because I'm human, yeah, gratefully and awesomely human and that, being alive, is the coolest thing on Earth :D Thanks so much for helping so many people like me, love you so much :) HOPE IS REAL

@Adilet

This is so amazing that I am almost at a loss for words! 7 Cups has been essential in my well-being and it just warms my heart when I hear how much it has impacted others as well. You are completely right, you DO deserve to be loved. A lot of us fall into that place where it is easier to say "I'm okay" than actually own up and face what we are going through, but you are right. We are all humans who make mistakes and are not perfect and have emotions like roller coasters and it is okay to not be okay. Thank you so much for sharing this and keep up the great work! <3

Some bad Things will always be there, it's your choice to stress about them or simply let go

@Triplemxz

Such a great point. We can't get rid of every negative thing in the world, or even our lives. But being able to live with them and focus on the positive can really make an impact :)

I have learned that you don't need to have all the answers to help someone. All you have to do is be compassionate, take the time to listen. That's really all it takes. Just let someone know that you care.

@scottr54640

That is a huge part of the 7 Cups vision! Congrats on being able to see the benefit of just having someone who cares and is willing to honestly and openly listen to you with judgement. I really hope you continue to gain from all that 7 Cups has to offer!

I've learned that even when I'm feeling weak, I'm proving my strength to myself by recognizing it and confronting that feeling.

@katharinekiyomi

Wow. That is a really intense point of view that I have never thought of but that is a great perspective. You are facing your own feelings and that is a sign of strength. Great work!

@LucyInTheSky thank you so much for saying that and for being supportive!! It helps so much to have some validation for thinking that

I've learned talking about the problem brings clarity and positive minds spread the vibes

@Purplepie

That is a great point. Talking out a problem or just saying it outloud can help you to hear it from a different perspective; it really can make all the difference. Keep up the great work!
