I'm starting to learn to 'go with the flow' more and not worry as much if things aren't planned out as much as I'd like.

I've learned that it is less exhausting to learn to accept myself they way I am than to try to hide the side of me that I don't like. This hiding makes me not want to be with my friends because I feel I have to pretend to be someone I'm not. But everyone has their weaknesses, mine is negatuve thinking and anxiousness. So what? I can still live my life. I can have a normal life, as can anyone else too who struggles with their own issues. Friends make life worth living and helping others makes me like myself more.

There is always two sides to every story, then a third which is the actual truth.

I learned that the first person I need to be kind to, is myself.

Up to level 90. I really like the steps that ask me to list a few things that I've done well or am grateful for. It forces me to see some light instead of focusing solely on the darkness.

I have learned that, as far as my mental health is concerned, I do have a choice and a word to say. My decisions influence the way that my mind works. It's up to me whether I keep on fighting or not.
