I have learned not to be so hard on yourself. Take things little by little.

Learning not to be overly harsh with yourself - this is a great lesson learned I feel. We are only human of course, and we all make mistakes sometimes. Taking things one step at a time, one day at a time, one moment at a time, helps.

I'm now on step #26 of my path , In just a few days , I feel myself changing ! I've learned that my anxiety doesn't control and that I just have to tolerate it and accept that I have it <3

Hi everyone. I learned that I'm being a lot harder on myself than I realized, and that I haven't been paying attention to the good things about myself.

I have come to appreciate that it is really beneficial to talk to someone when you are going through things. It helps to get a lot off your chest and one really feels better after expressing ones feelings. It is particularly helpful to have an online therapist.

I've learned a lot since being here. Like how to manage my emotions and to not stress so much about things
