Sometimes I won't get everything done - but it's okay. Sometimes the little things make a big difference.

I've learned that it's important to have coping techniques to rely on - this app and talking to others/sharing my feelings mostly.

Perhaps it's what I've been reminded of, rather than learned. It's simply that I'm not alone in the hurt, the emptiness, the confusion over one's purpose on this earth and the daily struggle just to convince oneself to proceed with the day, only to do it again the very next day and the day after that without feeling much at all from our natural surroundings. To feel totally devoid of feelings and positive sensation. The dullness is painful, literally physically painful.

Michael, I'm sorry to hear your feeling distress, but I'm also happy you are here, sharing your feelings, it's important to get how and what you feel out of your system. as you say, take each day as it comes, you don't have to do anything other than this.

You take care, and I hope today has been a little eaiser for you!

To take each day and do your best with it; dont worry if its not much. Each day go an inch further; each day it may only be a little but eventually, you get to where you deserve :) @GlenM

@KarenInTheSun

Ahhh.....yes! Exactly, take each day as it comes! Travel as fast of as slow as you want, because ultimately speed doesn't really matter, moving forward is what counts!

Have a lovely day

@GlenM I learn that I don't have to worry 'that much' if I mess up with something, everyone make mistakes and that's ok, so thank you 7 cups, it really works.
