I'm fine

i learnt that things aren't always bad. Things can get better and there are lots of ways to make me happy

That sometimes helping other people is the best way of helping yourself.

I reached the 700 step in my growth path! I learned how important it is to try understanding the other people.

To meditate daily

I've been learning about my thoughts.

@GlenM I have understood that I deserve the same and more love that I give for the other people.

I finally realized why I felt like my Progress has stagnated. I felt like I was in a cycle I couldn't get out of.
