I am still afraid of the decision I want to make. I've been wanting to do it for over 2 years and within 2 weeks it will be open for me to take and I am scared to jut do it
Today I set my goals for the future
to find a home
to find a vocation
to be healthy
to be secure
and most of all to be happy
i am creating short term realistic goals that work towards these long term ones
@GlenM
I think I learned I really just to take things easy and not worry about them too much beforehand. I think I've noticed it's also really important not to put myself down about my abilities or who I fell I am as person, that kind of self-torment will only drag me down and is completely unnecessary.
I've learned to give myself time
step #1660. If you want to feel better, you have to be more independent and self-confident. Step by step and you'll achieve it. That's what life is about anyway.
Naja nicht so viel gelernt aber werde sie app weiterhin nutzen
@toughCup4444m25 Keep going! Manchmal merkt man die veraenderung erst hinter her :)
It's amazing to see that no matter how tangled up you can get in your emotions, you always can feel happy again, even if it takes a while
@CreativeSummer, so true. Only after going through these times time and again do we learn to trust ourselves, and know that being distracted only means we get another experience of groundedness right around the corner.
Thanks for the note -
Watching myself and people around me, I continue to realize that frustration is always most just before the 'lighbulb turns on'. I re-commit to embrace confusion and frustration as the positive mile-markers they are. Happy that the path continues to be my friend...
Step 10
the video about the party was pretty accurate
I've been trying for a while to be supportive of others, to be caring and compassionate to those in need.
I learned (still trying to practice everyday tho) that as nice and supportive as I am of others, I should be doing the same for myself.
I don't have to live life feeling that I'm less worthy. I tell others that they are, but was never telling myself.
