There is always something new to learn, which doesnt always mean to completely "get rid" of a problem, rather to connect it to more situations, factors, lessons,self-love and understanding that made me realise, the problem itself, and my worries about it, was (and mybe "is" as I m just at the beginning of the path) just a piece of the whole picture that needs to be always completed and adjusted and seen from a different distance to see the beauty in it! Thank you 7Cups :)

Learning to be gentle with myself. I would never say to others what I say to myself.

@antalie, I'm so sorry you're having such a hard time. I'm glad that you didn't have those pills with you. Remember that although it doesn't always seem that things will ever get any better, they can get better. I know from experience that sometimes we don't think it can get better and all we want is for the pain to stop. But I also know that there is a way through. It works a bit differently for each of us; however, keep coming here to 7 Cups. It has helped me so much to be here.

Feeling nothing is way, way worse than feeling everything.

If you feel everything you at least feel and have something to work with. When you feel nothing you're just empty and you can't pour from an empty cup.

I HAVE BECOME MORE AWARE OF MY BOUNDARIES AND TO THINK ABOUT MYSELF AND IT IS OK TO SAY NO AND DON'T ALLOW OTHER PEOPLE'S AUCTIONS TO AFFECT ME AND NO THERE ARE PEOPLE WHO COME AND GO AND SAY THINGS TO TRY AND MAKE YOU FEEL BETTER JUST TO SAY IT AND THEN TURN THERE BACK ON YOU AND SHUT YOU OUT AND BEFORE IT WOULD HAVE CRUSHED ME AND HURT BUT NOW I JUST KEEP MOVING FORWARD AND NOT WORRY ABOUT WHAT COULD HAVE BEEN DIFFERENT OR SHOULD HAVE.

I've learned to relax and not to overthink every little thing. It may be difficult, but I can try everyday.
