Not to always listen to my feelings. Sometimes negative self-talk has influenced those feelings. Be aware and crush negative self-talk quickly. Very quickly!

Wow. I was doing so well... And then -

Actually, even though I haven't kept up an incredible amount of discipline, I continue to come back. I'm not trying for streaks, but I do come back, whether or not I've held to what I wanted and expected of myself. I do it not because I have to, but because it's the right thing to do. It's part of who I am.

This is what I think of as acceptance. Reminds me of the Original Star Trek movies, and Spock singing the immortal song of Wisdom - "row, row, row your boat..."

I am level 10. I don't know what I learned. I am still dwelling heavily on my negative emotions.

@GlenM

I think I'm now finding it easier now to remind myself to be less hard on myself for having a setback. It used to put me in a bad mood for longer but it seems shorter now and I'm more aware of my shift in feelings when it does occur.
