Dear milestone, listen to my Top of the tops of my learning on this leg (: understanding that our ability to exercise choices is innate. However, we need to embrace the fact that each choice comes with its consequences. Making peace with that fact, can help us move along the path with that much more agility. However tough the chosen path might be, this peace-making process can anchor us with hope , allow us to open our arms to guidance, love and some thing meaningful to us.

~"A bend in the road need not mean the end, unless we fail to turn" ~

Special mention :[ I would like to deeply acknowledge Helen Keller for sharing her thoughts through the quote]

May the tribe of thoughtful, joyful, and the kind - hearted increase!

To do one thing per day that is productive. I can't let myself be a couch potato all the time because I don't feel well.

The importance of boundaries, and if I enforce them, the person in the other side will not be injured.

Most people get what they deserve, if they live long enough. Loved this :)
