I'm working on anxiety, and I've made it to the fifth step so far. I'm so grateful to have found seven cups, because I have no therapist right now and sometimes I just need a little extra push in the right direction.

I learned that big problems sometimes need to be broken down into smaller more manageable problems in order to solve them.

Learning to accept where I am without criticizing myself. I am not very good at it yet but I keep trying.

I felt at my lowest when I found 7 cups, but it's been 3 weeks and just talking to someone about anything, or listening to someone has made such a big impact on my happiness, I recommend if you feel you aren't making a mark on your journey, listen to someone else, giving advice is just as rewarding as receiving it :)

I learned to love myself

I was in a rut for the past few months. I was just getting really tired of job applications, classwork that I am not particularly interested in, etc. such that I started to question my own work.

I think I'm starting to get out of that rut now. I'm trying to reframe my life and view things in a more positive light, and immerse myself in new experiences. I find that I get particularly burnt out when I'm following a routine day in and day out and it's time for me to get out of it. :)
