I just did 50 steps and they were very cool. This is the first one that told me to come post to a forum (before that I was sharing this to my feed whatever that is.)

Step 106 today! I have slowed down a little bit.. but it has been a busy week filled with positive things! I am feeling more confident about kickstarting my creative side again through writing, drawing and art and even reading... I got exciting when I added a whole lot of books to my wishlist and I am looking forward to starting... this is some motivation I never thought I would have again
Feeling great today not a lot of anxiety
I can accept good days without presuming that tomorrow will be bad
Some days are easier than others. Try to do something nice for yourself everyday which helps get through the tough ones.
I have found not everything is as bad as it seems and you'll end up where you're suppose to bed. This app has helped me calm down and just appreciate life for what it is and what we have.
Well, I guess I learned that my depression isn't tied to my hometown or school or anything because it's still here at university so that's lovely. But I also learned that I need to have the courage to go to a professional and get diagnosed because I'm now aware of how deplorable I am at helping myself.
@intelligentString, help comes in many flavors. You get to choose what works for you today. What you're considering changed my life, and left me with incredible tools I can use for the rest of my days.
Today, my support comes from lunch with people who accept me, and an old cat who appreciates gentle petting, and that works too.
You'll be all right.
Learning to understand my needs vs wants
Completed 10 steps already and already feel like it's working, slowly my positivity is coming back
