Some things work, some don't! It takes time to learn what helps.

To not get stress and breath and love myself and not let other ppl get under my skin or think other ppl are mad at me when in real life they have their own problems

I reached a level and I realized that the biggest thing I need was a boost of self-esteem. Day by day it is happening and day-by-day I am seeing slight positive improvements in the way that I enjoy my life and see beautiful things in it!

I've reached step 80 and I just learned on Friday that sometimes I really just have to go out, even if I don't feel like it. I might have a wonderful time.. Actually, most certainly I will have a good time.

Hi...

My anxiety no longer controls my life. 💝

Even though it's not completely gone, but I have learnt that it can not cause me any physical harm. That has increased my confidence a lot. Now I treat my panic attacks with more confidence. I know they'll pass. Meditation helps a lot. I pray for health and happiness of all.

Sending love and hugs!! 😊😊💝💝

If I can sort one thing out, the rest will seem more manageable.
