300 steps smiley

It was not so long ago that i first came here trying to get some help. I have found support and tools to get better and improve myself.

One of the tools is meditation... Today is the first day i didn't a had a chance to do it in like a month. I feel a little weird inside me, not good. It gives me some stability when i do it. I hope i find the time today...

Yay I reached step 250! I learned it's ok to be picky when applying for jobs.

@GlenM There are many things that I have learned recently. To summate it in short is far from easy, but I will do my best.

I've learned:
- It's not selfish of me to make my emotions a priority
- Not to let someone who projects get under your skin
- That sometimes it's not your fault, it's just out of your control
- Emotional abuse doesn't have to be as cut and dry as I once assumed
- It is okay to set healthy boundaries, yet question unhealthy ones

These are just a few. I'm trying to piece together the rest :P

Earlier I've manage to deal with my anxiety much more better. Now I'm working with my depression and gaining more stamina do to daily chores. I try to keep my body healthy and take care of myself.

It's definitely unfair that neurotypical/mentally healthy folks don't have to do any of the self care stuff that I do just to be able to survive my own brain but at least doing these things really does help when I can do them and knowing that is really motivating
