I don't know what I've learned except to only rely on me, no one else cares or matters, I am just gonna pretend, nothing matters

I learned that time can heal but I have to work hard in order to feel better, too. It's okay to have depression. It's okay to have anxiety disorders. It's okay to be who you are. It's okay to love yourself even if you are far from perfect.
I learnt life is too short worry or gossip about people.
I just hit step 80 on my first path. I find 7 cups grounds me/levels me when im anxious or depressed
Step 130
I have learned;
Im a "people pleaser" - what people think of me feeds my anxiety and over thinking. It significantly affects me.
I must learn that I'm not in control of others feelings, everyone has their own brains and is therefore responsible for their own actions
My kindness and caring may seem strange to others because I'm a guy and I can't have female friends without hitting on them right ?, well I'm here to tell you No! That's not right, we all help and support each other irrespective of sex, creed or colour.
I have to learn to balance my anxiety, I will always have it. I have to live with me but also experience life and there be kind to me too, be selfish occasionally, take an odd risk, learn to protect me mentally.
Hitting step 80 on 7cups, I've learned that coping techniques DO work during crisis, it's healthy to regularly express gratitude, and that people really do care about me.
I learned that I was avoiding things that make me anxious too much. It had become a habit which ultimately prevents any progression. Instead of running from anxious thoughts I question them and then face the situation at hand.
I learned that I need to be kinder to myself.
