I learned to take life more lightly

" its dark because youre trying to hard. lightly, child, lightly. learn to do everything lightly. yes, feel lightly, even though you're feeling deeply. just lightly let things happen and lightly cope with them. I was so serious in those days... Lightly, lightly - it's the best advice ever given to me... to throw your baggage away and go on.

there are quicksands all about you, trying to suck at your feet, trying to suck you down into fear and in self-pity and despair. That's why you must walk so lightly.

lightly, my darling..."

I feel you @VenegasRH thats also my problem. I always feel too much and think I have to fix everybody's problems. I was taught that fixing my own problems comes lastly.

I'm still not over that but I use this word "lightly" as my mantra and say it over and over again and it brings me through the day. I say it and then relax my shoulders that are braced and say 'no! just live lightly' to myself.

:)

I wish you all the best my dear! we can make it ♡

@Imaginarydragon i wish i would have even half the strenght u have to over come this day by day ..

oh I'm not strong. I learned that I have to go lightly. that that would be my rrescue. but Imust just starting to try to do it in my life. imy really not strong. people like us, who see and feel to much are almost to sensitive for this world. but i think we are desperately needed to make this cold world a bit warmer. we have to see that we are needed ( and that we are not crazy) so that we don't break @VenegasRH

@Imaginarydragon yeah i guess i just have to find my strenght with in..

Imaginarydragon November 3rd, 2016

one day a stranger told me that my sensitivity was my biggest strength. that changed everything. at first I didn't believe him. but then I discovered that he was right. its my strength because I can make this cold world a bit warmer and lovelier because I REALLY listen to people and I REALLY care. so we are actually doing something really great:) keep that in mind:)

but we have to be very gentle ton ourselves and set health boundaries because people rarely seen that we are beautifully different and more easily hurt than them.

so set boundaries

be gentle to yourself

and lightly, child, lightly ;)

I learnt that I need to make my own happiness by doing things I love like yoga and writing, instead of waiting for other people or materialistic things to make me happy

I'm at step hundred now and it felt like a short way though it really helped me! keep going. 7cups seems like a long way to every beginner but you'll soon realise that it makes your way much easier and go lightly, dear:) @Rowdy91

I am at level 200+ right now and I am reflecting on my journey. It took time, and I've progressed much slower at some points of this year than I have at others, especially recently. It was not always simple, and not always easy (if ever), but it has been meaningful, helpful, beneficial and wonderful. I've learnt over the last ten levels, the joy and importance of making a decision and sticking to it. To being a person of commitment and being reliable. Life becomes easier and better, and I have become a more reliable and trustworthy person because of it. I still have much to grow, especially in this area of weakness of mine, but I believe that if this contineus to progress, then wonderful things will continue to come out of it in the future. Here's to all those on the similar journey of healing and personal development! Here's to the end of 2016, and the preparing as well as the start of, 2017! I'm anticipating a great, exciting, adventurous, and hope-filled year ahead, again filled with many more experiences, and much more growth, and many more new and meaningful and wonderful memories with all the people I know, will know, and will continue to know and in my life forever!
