I've learnt to always look for and remember the truth. It creates positive thoughts which lead to empowered feelings which lead to self confidence.

The bad days are a small step back, not a huge leap. Your progress is not lost.

I have learned that other people do not see me the way that I do. A lot of my relationship anxiety has come from me imagining that my boyfriend thought I was annoying or boring or a burden. But he doesn't. He loves me and wants to be with me. I was projecting my own thoughts onto him. The one who thinks I'm a burden is me.
