step 370!

Feeling a little down today (like most of the country), but I just keep telling myself that everything is going to be okay.

Another milestone completed! :)

I learned to stay positive. I learned to be more patient. I learned to believe that things will happen when they are meant to be.

I've learned to be patient and keep trying. (And boy is that hard sometimes.)

That just because today everything looks dark that doesn't mean tomorrow is going to be that way

Step 50 reached today 😁

I am very happy I found 7 Cups. It has really been helping me through a difficult time. Im going to the doctors tomorrow for a review. I have been feeling alot more positive lately, and I have everyone involved with 7 Cups to thank for that 💜

To all my fellow LGBT+ people out there that are worried about the next four years in America, please don't hurt yourself. Please don't kill yourself. If you do either of those things you are only giving him more power. If you are thinking about hurting yourself or killing yourself please get help. Call a local hotline or a close friend or just talk to someone you trust. Don't kill yourself because of a homophobic cheeto. I love you all. Stay strong.
