Step 390- I've learned that it's okay to not know what do and then ask for help as a result.

Propably one of the most valuable things I've learned on my journey dealing with my personality disorder and depression is that my actions all had the same reason: to avoid pain. But pain is part of life and so I have to accept it and allow it to be.

I can relate to this a lot. My problem is I have all the scary physical symptoms of anxiety and no matter what I'm doing when I have these feelings I get scared and tense up that's no way to live. I can't be afraid to do things and live as much as the symptoms upset me. it's almost like, if I die I die.... because living this way is horrible horrible horrible. @Rhema

My Milestone is trying to accomplish things that matter to me. Opening up to people is a huge difference for me. I still have alot to learn from myself, the older I get, the more wiser I am.

I learned that you might have to listen to mindfulness messages more than once in order to be effective.
