I have learned to stay calm. This app has actually really helped me. I've had a great day. I work at a factory and it's real depressing but today I decided to talk to everyone and get to know people. I learned I love listening to how people are. I'm proud of myself I work a full time and signed up for college. I'm about to take a bubble bath. I treated myself to clothes at target today
@GlenM , that you have to think outside the box and in the box to find the right treatment program for you.
#260: Rough week, lots of panic, very little getting done....I suppose I've been trying to help a friend through a rough transition period and hopefully to reach out, and I get to shove sheep and turkey in my face tomorrow....
I have learned that we all have bad times. It's not comforting but true.
Never give up.
I would say the one thing I have learned this far is that there are others out there going through a lot of the same things I am.
I think that I learned things about myself. I worry all the time when I make moves. I enrolled at college and constantly get annoyed when they don't answer the phone to know how much fasfa I'm getting back. I need to take a breath and realize it'll all come to place. I figured the information out today. I'm about to go to my college right now. I freak out when I don't know answers right away. Everyone has problems they are dealing with we just need to relax and enjoy this time. No reason to be like this when the world is precious. I hope all of you all have a great day today
Step 280. I'm learning the power of silence when someone is trying to bait me.
I have learnt everything is normal, ad we think we are the onky person suffering this, and the world is full of humanity asiding religions, sects, races, colors etc, and whatever is going is always good and te God always wish best thing for you.
One things I've learned is that I shouldn't rush things. I should just make one step at a time and things will turn out better than I thought.
