70th step I'm proud of myself and grateful for this community, I hope everyone is having a lovely day :)

Step 60 and in glad to be going through these steps with you guys. peace and love.

I have learned not to judge myself so hard

Step 70: I'm moving very fast. But one thing that i find it very amazing on this website, is the mindfulness. Especially the one for self esteem. That has really struck a chord.

Wow I made it so far

I have learned that if you sad do things that make you happy. You are important no matter what people tell you. You are important to at least 1 person and they love you.

70th step today! I've learned to love myself and be kind to myself. I've learned to understand what happens when I am anxious and now I'm finding ways to cope with it. I'm still on my journey but glad I took the first step and started it.

Rethink my thinking. Positivity is necessary to live. I do not want to be remembered as a negative person by my boys or my love.

I have learned that you guys give that little extra support that I need.
