I learned that you can let go of your worries. I also learned that relaxing voices and sounds of nature are very soothing.

Everyone used to tell me, "take it one day at a time." I never knew what that meant until I was forced to do it. Now I tell people who are going thru hard times to take it one second, one minute, or even one hour at time.

I'm learning to let my anxiety pass. To stop letting it build up.

I'm so thankful for 7cups of tea. I have learned that taking twenty minutes a day to help myself isn't selfish.

As some one who will give and give until I have nothing left, I've learned to put myself first. I've learned so much about myself the farther I go on my growth path.

To me, it's all about seeing the list of things I'm thankful for and the list of things I've done well pile up. I've learned to focus on the positive things in my life!

Being true to yourself and not relying on others to help you stand up, and learning to bring myself up.
