Thinking about what I'm grateful for everyday has helped change my mindset.

I've realized that I'm thinking more clearly lately. in combination of new meds and following the paths, I am thinking more positively and my motivation is better. I'm trying not to make excuses. My path to recovery starts at home and I'm focusing on being a good housewife and mother before I add on being all those plus a working woman.

I'm still a scatter brain. if you've read this far, I'm sure you can tell but I think I've found the place I can write out my thoughts and not be afraid that people are going to use my words against me.

So here I am at step 70, still a scatter brain but owning up. someday I will figure out who I am. thanks for not judging! (outloud at least 😃)

I've learned that even though not everyone will be on your side, there are still plenty of good people in the world.

I have reached Step 20. I still have a long way to go, but I am starting to set small goals for myself. Focusing on my breathing is helpful, for relaxation and to help me focus clearly. Articulating what I am grateful for and acknowledging what I have achieved is helping me to keep a sense of perspective and be more positive.
