When I started here, I worked hard to instill the habits. Then, I learned the habits were of value, and did them for a reason. I'm now learning to stop all this head-work, and listen to my habits, my actions, all the good and bad - every day, every moment is a teachable moment for me, if I just quiet my incessant chatter.
I made it - I'm back in kindergarten, where I always wanted to be.
tryin to be to a better preson
I have been on this item for 4 days and I have done 50,I know it says I should only do one a day but sometimes I need a lot of stuff to get my mind off something I am very happy I found this app. I don't know where my mind would be if I didn't. I use the breathing methods a lot they calm me down the most. Thank you creators of 7 cups!
Before using 7 cups i was in a really dark place, permanently down. i then started having breakdowns and selfharmed. i was then talking to someone and said i wanted to die which was when i really started to think about getting help. i downloaded the help and im now rarely ever down. i sometimes go on the group chat and help others using my experiences. i feel like a new person. thank you
I would say one of the biggest thing I have been finding is, when I share others relate or can aide. It opens doors for others to share as well. Ergo the healing becomes a two way street.. Or more than two way. It become a room of healing.
500 steps
Celebrating a little bit. I neet to put more effort though.
Self card And self love Is Vital when recovering from psychopathic abuse.
I'm on step 90 now and I have learnt that sometimes the people that you need the most won't be there when you need them the most and you've only got yourself to help yourself to get through difficult times
I'm learning that I have to keep on top of using 7 cups to keep well and remind myself of the good things in life. Staying positive is key.
Happy to be here finding practical ways of staying balanced
