I learned that I need to be more patient and to not let my emotional overwhelm me. If I don't then bad inner thoughts start to flood my mind and I begin to take things too personal and I do something that I will regret. It is also not good for my mental health if I am not able to over come this.

I've learned that I can't waste time beating myself up when I make mistakes, because I could have spent that time doing something to help me grow stronger.

I'm learning about myself and I don't always like what I find. I often do things that I come to regret later and i'm far too impulsive. I must try to think in a different way by learning to use my imagination in a positive way. I punish myself all the time and I read most situations wrongly. I feel I let everyone down as I don't get positive feedback from people,so I must learn to let go and move forward. I have hated myself, but I do not have too. I have never learned to deal with emotions and now is a good time to start. even though I'm in the most pain I can imagine. I deserve my own love not hate.

I've learned that no matter how much you go out of your way to help someone, they'll throw you to the curb as soon as someone else comes along. People suck and The World Sucks

I'm done 50 cups on my growth path. I don't feel much better but it I'd at least one thing I can be proud of on my life since everything else has been taken away from me.

I'm struggling with motivation. though the problem isn't solved, I'm seeing some of the layers:

-In my post-coming-out process, I'm disconnecting from *should*s from other people. and, I think I was almost entirely extrinsically motivated. I think it's good to care less about other people's ideas of what I should do, but , I need to find motivation within myself.... Not sure how to do that.... Suggestions welcome.

-I think I'm self sabotaging my finances by not doing work paperwork because 1) I'm not actually ready to date and 2) I have some general trouble accepting myself, and self injury is not the only kind of self harm.

-I need to face my fear head on to beat it, otherwise it is just hung to chase me and get scarier. Next, get caffeine and do that first note.

I have learnt that it's okay to have setbacks and experience upset and other emotions as long as I don't let them consume my thoughts and my actions. Even when it sometimes seems like all the negative occurrences are related, I can chose to keep them separate and not own the experiences by making them personal. Feeling down or upset does not last forever and I must encourage myself in the same way that I so easily support the people I love and even strangers. The latter has felt strange regarding pep talks for myself but I will commit to this and see how it goes.

Thank you. 😊🤓😎
