Sometimes the next step is not that exciting - just another step. It's important, though.

Things get really hard and confusing sometimes.. sometimes nothing makes sense and you forget all your new habits and ways of thinking. Don't stress, that small taste of peace you feel starts becoming bigger and the days you want to forget get smaller until eventually they feel foreign and unfamiliar. The pain that hunched your back and hung your head low starts to feel like that old watch or ring you wear so much that you forget it's there, part of you but not you. It never goes away, but it stops being the thing and becomes just another thing you carry.

Step 170. There are good days and bad days. Keep on going and you'll find both.

I learned that life goes on. anxiety really makes you feel like life is over and depression makes you feel like "why try...?". life goes on and there are LOTS of second chances out there

That I'm getting better, and even when it seems like I've had a setback, it really isn't. For example, I had a panic attack earlier today and I haven't had that happen in a while, so it seemed like a setback. But when I thought about it, the panic attack wasn't as intense or severe as my panic attacks have been in the past, so it's (in a way) a sign of progress.
