I have learned to better calm my anxiety. I am working on my relationship problems.

December 22nd, 2016

Honestly I haven't learned anything and I can say Its my fault. I'm just not in a good place right now. I need a job badly and a good one at that. I am married with a beautifllul wife and have 1 daughter and a baby on the way. I apply to jobs never get feedback. Go on interviews and I don't get the jobs smh I feel like I'm never going to find a job at all smh I feel like I'm failing as a father, husband, brother, uncle, u name it smh I had a great job that I lost and the company is shutting down. I'm back to square one smh this sucks so bad. I haven't learned anything because I am so sad and down I don't take the time to do the excercises I just think "what's the point". I have depression AND anxiety disorder man. The anxiety comes first THEN the depression kicks in becaue I can't enjoy things that make me take my mind off the anxiety. How can I enjoy going out on the town when I'm thinking about my heart rate? When my xchest feels tight and I'm breathing funny? When the world looks like a cloudy movie?? Smh catch 22. I just stay in bed majority of the day and watch videos n social media......... I need help.

Just taking it one breath at a time. Wearing a Kleenex beard because I just can't stop crying.

I've learned how I can calm down and shut my mind off for a few seconds. I'm still struggling, when I'm at my worst I can't make myself do any of the things I've learned. I need to learn how to share my feelings with other people and ask for help.
