Work towards making myself happy and content whatever that looks like. Be positive and find ways to stay positive.

I've learned to accept that no matter what I do, my best will never be enough for some people. Some people have expectations made from the ashes of their own failures. They make them and hold them so high to watch others fall extremely short in order to life themselves up.

I can't please these people, and that's ok. As long as I know I've done my best, I can let the rest fall behind. It isn't easy and ut isn't fun, but I can do it.

@GlenM I learnt that I need to believe that everything is okay somehow, no matter the circumstance, and to feel relaxed and to enjoy every bit time of life.

I have learned that people who truly care will accept me for who I am, flaws and all.

Yay! Step 90! Getting out of the house and building a positive support system (even if it's only your listener) is key to getting and feeling better. I can attest to that! Doing what is right for you is not selfish it's a necessity to your well being. You owe it to yourself because you matter.😍

@Yaso

Rumination is really distracting to me. I just listened to a relaxing tape. How wonderful. I am wondering if listening to a tape such as that would turn me me away from rumination.....

I have learned on this part of my journey that I have to take care of me, even when I am ill no one else cares enough to even attempt to ask me what I need, wow rude awakening!
