@GlenM I learnt that meditating is quite hard to do. It sounds simple and easy, yet hard to do.

I feel like I'm stuck and don't know how to move on. I don't even know if I achieve anything with this :/

@Cloudfighter my hope for you is to stay completely positive about this. For this to work you have to believe it can work , it's like a muscle you have to continue to excercise it for it to grow big and strong but once you stop you will go back to square 1 good luck !!

I am grateful for this app it helps me to speak to myself which i haven't done in 10 yrs when your running around so busy about caring what other people think and moving out your way to make people happy you forget to ask yourself what you want and if your happy

This is a place where no matter how I enter, I never leave feeling the same. Connecting with people struggling with the same issues motivates me and even when I'm in no mood for people, achieving the goals makes me have fun without noticing it :)

I've been taught how to work on talking about your self mutilation with others in a proper way and that my reasons for harming are valid and normal.

@dimity how do you do that

User Profile: dimity
dimity December 30th, 2016

@compassionateOwl3307 Well, from what I've discovered on here is that you should be properly informated about self harming in general and tell whoever it is that you're speaking about something that is a real issue and is normal for a lot of the population. Remain collected and don't overdo it in a way that scares them off. Let them know you trust them and are telling them for a reason. I think that's a wonderful thing.
