I've learned that my depression is worse than I thought. I've also learned my anxiety isn't as bad as I thought. :)

Step 450: I've learned that sometimes people end up in bad relationships to realize that they deserve better and to set higher standards.

Also, nothing is as bad as my anxiety may make it seem. I have started to learn how to better manage anxiety & stress.

It is not selfish to pamper yourself a little. In fact, it is necessary sometimes.

I have reached step 76 and I feel grateful for this community for their support. I have come to know that I have social anxiety, as well as certain degree of stress & depression. I'm learning valuable tools to help me get through it all. Most importantly this site has helped me be more dedicated by motivating me to come here daily through the day streak, usually I don't stick well with what i start, but this time I think I will keep going.
