I learned that you have to keep pushing

Trust and love go hand in hand without one you cannot have the other it simply can't be. But I'm learning to forgive myself for my wrongs so the person that loves me can also trust me again and me to her. Time heals everything and all i have is time right now.

One ninety. There are times when I feel better, less concerned with work and anxious about life. There are other times, like right now, that there is a higher level of tension that grips me and makes me feel uncertain and discouraged. I am getting better at a variety of things, including meditation, running, focus, diet, learning languages, puzzles, patience, and most importantly keeping the black cloud away. I know I am improving, but I have a long ways to go in order to return to sense of satisfaction that I was at a few years ago. Patience and mindfulness will help.
