I have learned to do better job in self care, before I was being more on the destructive side then actually taking care of me. For online site, I have actually received a lot of benefits since I joined in August 2016. I am less isolated emotionally and even in my physical world. I take risks on 7 cups. It hasvet allowed me to take some risks in my physical world. It has actually worked out for me. I am very reservered person and painfully shy. But somehow this works fo me. I am able to transfe the skills I am learning here I am able to transfer to my everyday thanks 7 cups

I was having a good day. Then someone who is toxic contacted me. Now I'm having trouble getting to sleep and getting my peace back tonight. Going to try mindfulness. I'm here safe in my home. At this moment. Gotta breathe

Im thankful for my best friend. She's been gone in florida for the past month and surprised me tonight by bringing me some comfort food and a new blanket, as i had been crying to her on the phone about my boyfriend and how he has been treating me lately. I have no clue what i would do without her.

I'm having problems at work.

The things I can do about it are this,

1. Utilise this time off to recharge and come back with a different attitude.

2. Speak to my case managers about the problems I'm having with certain people there so it doesn't snowball and I have evidence of mistreatment to fall back on.

3. Join my industry union for support.

4. Speak to industrial relations.

5. And most important of all keep working my damn butt off.
