Take time to take care of yourself, don't expect other people to do it.

Going through the motions. I feel indifferent towards life, but I know must survive to take care of Eva as she needs me. I wish I had a feeling of peace in my heart, but truthfully it hurts. Must keep going.

I've learned that even a pessimist like me can be more positive by practising, and that changing my thoughts can really have an impact on whether I succeed with whatever I am doing. smiley Also, I've learned that negative thoughts aren't something that just comes and goes, but that I can actively tackle and challenge them.

I learned that everything requires patience. It is our ability to lersever in the face of challenges that makes us who we are today. No matter our past, we can create a brighter future for us nd for all others.
