"Don't give up what you want most for what you want now."
One thing I learned from 7 cups it not to stress about things I can't control. This tip has helped me so much. I'm now back to being best friends with me forever best friend.
I have learned a lot about my all or nothing thinking. I have learned that I can see life in black and white a lot and that I need to find that spot ok the middle
I am doing well. For now.
Step 200!
I have learned new things about cooking by trying new recipes and ingredients.
I have also learned more about project and time management by keeping an organized agenda to schedule my time for the past two weeks.
life *sigh*
560 steps now, ok, doing better.. It is always easier to help others, than help yourself. This needs more effort, so keep trying and smiling
Hello My 7 Cups Community!
I am celebrating 328 cups and 30 days straight of seeking wellness. I am happy to report that my progress is going well and am going to keep going.
What I've learned is this. I have learned to appreciate all of the great things that happen each day and focus on this. I am happy for the little things!
Although I am going through the divorce process now, I have found great support here. As soon as I get through that one process, I will focus on becoming a listener so that I can help others.
I remain excited about our work here in this community and the ability to move forward with the activities that have been created for our well being.
I remain amazed at the work and creation by our Founders of 7 cups. I hope they have a founders day or anniversary so I can celebrate this great work.
I am soooooooooo thankful for 7 cups.
It has been an amazing 2 months.
Best to all.......
I'm going through things I never thought I would. I'm scared and shaken up. Chatting with others helps.
I learned that it's not my goals that count, but how I plan to reach them.
