Whenever anxious I turn to the app and my mind get easier. I have learned to seek an alternative to worry and anxiety thus far. In which I learn new ways to face it without panicking. Thank you.

I'm in a dip right now. It feels kind of numb. But I want to get better and be motivated. And I think I can do it. I just have to start small. And build myself back up.

I guess I don't really feel like I've learnt anything new exactly, but this stage of my journey here has re-enforced things I already knew, and has been encouraging me to put them into practice more. So that's good! :)

One area I am finding that true for especially, is that I really can reduce my anxiety when I take the time to do mindfulness exercises / meditate, or talk to someone about my feelings of anxiety.

I'm trying to be a better person, I've kicked caffeine, going to the gym and tying to be less anxious.
