lost my streak trying to post this from my phone yesterday but it's all good.

i've learned it really doesn't matter what my diagnosis is or isn't -- i still need to make the most of what i'm given every day to deal with.

Step 220.

I learned to reach out to people close to me for support.
I've spent an incredibly hard two weeks and I'm still gasping, stuck under the surface.
But I managed to talk to my friends and family about it and get help and moral support.

I kind of slacked off doing the exercises and I realized I was a lot more angry and anxious in my daily life. Taking time out for ME definitely helps make me feel more in control. Doing the meditations and writing things out has helped a lot.
