Today I hit level 50, which is cool. I've only been on the site a short while, but it's been helpful because:

-I've been reminded that what's stressing me out right now isn't due to anything that's wrong with me. It's just a difficult situation to be in, and it's not my fault.

-It helps to know that there are many others going through similar challenges, and many others who have overcome them or who are making great progrerss in overcoming them. If others can do it, so can I.

-It's getting me back in the habit of practicing gratitude, which is a good habit to be in.

-It's a good emotional boost when I can say something encouraging to others in the forums. Cheering someone else on is a great feeling.
