I am not drinking as much alcohol.

It is tough to stay on the right track and easy to lose your way. Just get back up and try again.

I've learned how to make more use of that quiet spot or "special place" in my mind which isn't in the middle of all that noise of constant racing thoughts. Breathing with diaphragm instead of upper lungs, leading focus back whenever it finds itself wandering.

I have to stay strong and actually follow through and go to my doctors apppointment and ask for help.

Happy to know that I have friends who understand. I know now that I am able to life others spirits. I definitely am a funloving person.
