I have learned that wearing make up in order to go out is not important.

I can have good days or bad days or both in one day. I am learning not to ignore my fears or pains but to also not let then consume me. I have people who care about me in all shapes and forms and just like I can see good in them they can see good in me.

Make up makes me feel like a show horse.

My personality is more important than make up.

It is okay to eat chocolate in moderation.

I am helping more people.

Everyone deserves to be happy.

Life is not easy.

There will be tough times.
