One important thing I have learned after 100 steps is to regularly practice self-care.

I have learned to do self-care even when I don't feel like or think I don't need it is important. I'll never feel like doing it when I'm depressed, but that's when I should do it most.

70 steps and I have learned that I am not very disciplined with helping myself and perhaps I need something a bit more structured. However, I learned that I have found a community a while ago and was afraid to commit. Somehow I am letting myself plant roots again and that scares me but I feel needed.

"Be content with what you have;

rejoice in the way things are,

When you realize there is nothing lacking

the whole world belongs to you." - Lao Tzu

An important lesson for me.
