When stressed out and having anxiety, write out your thoughts. It helps to get it out.

Hey I have reached stage 50! Congratulations for me, I've done this far. This is really helpful when my anxiety strikes on a days, all I have to do is to look after 7 cups. Follow step by step, suddenly I'm not focused to my depression. My body start heals, because I decide so. Don't forget to anyone, when anxiety strikes, we have choice. Always remember we have the rights to have a balance happy peaceful life. stay strong!

Step 67: My cravings for alcohol aren't as bad as they were a month ago and I feel like a more confident, happy person. Still have a lot of work to do but I'm willing to do it!

yes, i've reached step 50!!

it feels like i've been on this path a lot longer and i have to say that the step that stuck with me most was the fact that i can't control everything, and don't go stress over something you literally cannot handle.
