I've learned that writing down what I'm worried about makes it seem not as big and does help get it off my mind to stop worrying about it

Things are always going to be a little rough when it's not a lot. Working to learn how to cope with it rather than suppress it.

Can you believe it? I have been on a path I did not think would happen. I have made it further than I had believed I would by this time. I am so grateful. Time really does change things. But to have support while the time passes, is an absolute privilege. Thank you to my family, friends, 7 cups and church.

Best to all........

Panic is caused by the fear of danger... when not in danger, but feeling panic, I need to convince myself that I'm safe.

@MKJart

Yes honey, lately I try to keep in my that my body is completely safe and tried to feel that. I'm sure it will work with you too, one tip: thy to keep that in my even when you aren't in panic so you get used to this feeling.

I need to smile and let negativity go, I can only control my actions. I will never be in control of how other people act or treat me so I cannot dwell on their actions.
