I'm growing but it's painful. I'm working on the depression and loneliness but rejection is the difficult one. I am moving forward, each day will become easier.

I am not gaining on my anxiety. It seems to be consistent or getting worse. I really need to get out of the job I'm in. But the only position I have found is a major move. Sooo I'm stressing there to.

So what am I learning...patience! Albeit painful and lonely!

Be patient, gaining weight will take time. Eat, squat and lift more. It will happen, I'm claiming it.

Over here on her 200th growth step! Wow, how did I get here? Lol. One thing I've learned s that sometimes it's important to put your needs before those of others, despite how wrong it feels. We can't help anyoneif we can't help ourselves, and we surely aren't fun to be around when we're feeling awful.
