Step 250. Leaning how hard change and goodbyes are for me as I transition to a new counselor. I loved my original one but she had limited availability. We'll have to see how the new guy pans out.

Step 180! I've learned that I'm going to have good and bad days. I've learned to not settle for less than I deserve, or something that just isn't right for me.

Crying is good when you feel really sad, it can make space for even bigger happiness.

It's a good idea to do something to distract myself when I'm struggling with negative emotions, like go for a walk outside or watch an episode of a TV show I like, as it helps get my mind off of what is upsetting me.

#70

I learned that if I want to feel good emotionally, physically and mentally then it's all up to me. That the mind can self heal as well as the body. If I am mentally healthy, my physical state can also heal and improve. If I am healthy both mind and body my emotional state will follow. It is the mind and the body that influences my emotional state of wellbeing. I have to work on myself to heal myself as no Doctors or medicine can work on me without me helping myself to heal.

I am learning that I should feel okay to distance myself from people I feel exhausted by and to give more space to people which give me the feeling of being welcome

I am my navigator, map and compass of my mind, my body is my vessel, I can take me wherever I want me to go. I can be lost and not find my destination or I can navigate back to where I started and decide to stay there and be stuck forever or I will use my navigator, map and compass and drive my vessel towards self healing and happiness and be my best self again.
