I'm on step 76 but my first step in the "family stress path" I was originally in the self harm program but completed it and have been self harm free for a while so decided to choose another path. I've learned a lot. Recovery is very rewarding :) don't be afraid to switch paths if you think you need another program right now.

I reached the 50th step literally during the anxiety attack. I realized that in every situation there is a way out and that you really can be alright. You can be okay.

Step 200 - I've learned that I want to show myself love, compassion and kindness. That those feelings have been burried down deep, but with some kind reassurances and affirmations, they've been brought to the surface. I can't tell you what a relief this is. I had been told love was my birthright by my therapist. I've been told that I am loveable by friends. But to own those expressions for myself; that's a miracle in my eyes. Because I never thought I could or would need to show myself care, compassion and understanding.

I'm on step 60. I've learned to love myself and be happy. Happiness goes a long way and you need to be grateful for what you have.

I've learned to fight for what is right for me. To love me for all my flaws and to minimize the negatives in my life.

Step 60. This weekend has been very rough, to be frank. But I learned that I have a space for me, in which I can slowly make my way up to feeling better.

Step 660: Technology and phone accessories aren't always that reliable. I should look for replacements ahead of time, so I have them when things break down.

I need to have patience with myself, others, and in life, always!
